Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is generally considered part of complementary and alternative medicine and studies show that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension. Your session will include a range of massage techniques to include light to firm pressure customized to meet your individual needs.

Aromatherapy Add-Ons
Aromatherapy Lotion Add-Ons $15.00 added to any massage service.
Herbal Lotion – Made with Lemon Balm, Peppermint, Ginger and Cedarwood. These oils have been known to be used as an anti-inflammatory , immune boosting, hormone balance, respiratory issues, and aches and pains.
Relaxation Lotion – Made with Lavender. Lavender has been known to aid in relaxation .
Stress Relief Lotion – Made with Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea, Lavender. These oils have been known to help relieve stress, improve mental response, and in some cases lower hypertension.
Laurel Berry Lotion – Made with Laurel Berry. This oil has been know to help with dry skin, Eczema, Psoriasis, and has the ability to relax the muscles which aids with sore joints , Arthritis, and Rheumatism.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is similar to therapeutic massage with necessary modifications to accommodate your pregnancy safely. If you are unsure if you should receive prenatal massage, please discuss it with your physician first.

Thai Massage
Unique from other types of bodywork and massage, Thai Massage combines rhythmic massage, stretches, joint mobilization and assisted yoga poses by a licensed massage therapist. Thai Massage is performed on a well-padded floor mat, uses no lotion or oils and you remain fully clothed during the treatment. Your body is compressed and stretched in order to relieve tension, stretch your muscles and balance your energy.

Bamboo Fusion
Bamboo-Fusion Massage is a modality for anyone looking for a relaxing massage or needing some serious deep-tissue bodywork. This new massage modality uses warm bamboo to promote a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. Gently heated pieces of smooth bamboo are used for kneading tight muscles and rolling out tension. The "Fusion" of Swedish with deep tissue is ultra-transformative.

Cupping Massage
Cupping is a form of therapy which applies negative pressure on the skin using glass, silicone or plastic cups. The suction created stimulates and increases blood flow which can help relieve joint and muscle pain, reduce inflammation, accelerate recovery, increase the function of the lymphatic and circulatory system as well as increase overall relaxation and wellbeing. By creating suction, negative pressure cupping lifts and releases congested connective tissue (by aligning the collagen fibers), loosens adhesions and helps re-oxygenate old tissues that have been injured while increasing healthy circulation to the targeted area. 90 minutes is suggested for a full body massage experience. If 60 minutes is preferred, then your session will be focused on problem areas.

We now offer 30 minute focal point only sessions. In these sessions only one maybe 2 body parts will be massaged. This is for someone who is injured or suffering in chronic pain who may need shorter weekly sessions.
